The conference will be similar to past years with concurrent sessions, exhibitors, tech teams, and networking events. This will be an in-person conference, with no hybrid option.

Awards

The deadline for award nominations was Friday, September 5, 2025, at 5 p.m.

We hope you will join us for the Awards Ceremony, Wednesday, October 8, during lunch.

The award categories are:

• Environmental Stewardship
• Joe Mitschelen Lifetime Achievement Award

Tech Teams

Tech teams take place Tuesday morning, before the beginning of the conference. The tech team schedule is available now.

Exhibitors

Please join us for the Exhibitor’s Reception Wednesday, October 8 at 5:00pm in the Exhibitor Hall.

The exhibitor’s raffle drawing will take place at breakfast on Thursday, October 9. Must be present to win.

Short Course in Local Planning

Washington State Department of Commerce’s Short Course in Local Planning (docx) will take place Tuesday, October 7, from 6:00pm-9:00pm.

Please note that you are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. We were able to reserve a limited number of rooms at the government rate (determined at the time of check-in) at each of the hotels listed below.

You can make reservations at all hotels beginning May 1.
